Laris established her studio to have a platform to further explore her art projects. Over time, her love for design and graphic printing steered the platform into her brilliant brand LAR.
Always intrigued by the line where design and art meet, that is exactly what LAR stands for; removing art from the clinical environment of the gallery space and carving a place for it in our day-to-day, otherwise mundane lives.

Established in Istanbul in 2017, LAR communicates stories through eclectic symbolism and takes you to a magical world of play. As someone who loves dancing, travelling and filling her surroundings with colourful objects (no surprise there!), Laris feels most alive during the day, because she can see the sun and exist in her multicoloured world in all its vibrancy.
