We ship worldwide!!
Your orders are shipped within 3 working days from the day of purchase. Insurance is included in shipping costs, depending on cost of item.
International orders (including EU destinations) may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee. Customers are liable to pay for any such charges.

UK

Items are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm for a flat fee of £7 + £1 for each additional item.

EUROPE

See full list of countries here. Items are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service for a flat fee of £11 + £1 for each additional item.

REST OF THE WORLD

Items are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service (Tracked & Signed where possible) for a flat fee of £28 + £1 for each additional item.

RETURNS

We are happy to refund unused and undamaged products within 14 days of your purchase date, except for custom-made items and earrings (for hygiene reasons). Customers wanting to return items should contact us with their order number [hello@thisismothertongue.com].

We do not offer refunds for bespoke items or items bought in installments.

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet the requirements of our returns policy.
