Tevfik used to spend his summer holidays as a child with his grandparents. He remembers being taken on museum outings by his granddad, during which he started to grow an interest in art.

This interest later manifested into two degrees, many national and international exhibitions and a career in the arts, specifically in ceramics. Making the most of the versatile nature of clay, he works with forms such as pottery, sculpture and wall panels. Currently working a lot in Japanese Raku style, he enjoys adding his own twist to already existing traditional techniques.
